Originally created as part of a concept called “Countdown to 2010.”Miles created a prototype of an online rewards system designed to help maximize the number of people in Vancouver who are active in the lower mainland area. It was a project Miles hoped VANOC organizers would be interested in as a part of the Olympic Movement in British Columbia.  The Project included a brand book / ID, functional RFID readers, online prototype, print and mograph marketing materials and  business implementation strategy.

Goal: To help maximize the number of people in Vancouver who are active in participating in activities that are available to them in the lower mainland area.

Objective: Vancouver in Motion will create an on-line system that help connect the user with a list of activities specific to their area of interest and motivates them by offering rewards for participation.

Vancouver is one of the best places in the world to live because of the endless number of activities available in the Lower Mainland. At Vancouver in Motion we want to help others become more active and achieve a healthy lifestyle balance by offering our participants a large variety of activities that not only enhance physical health but also expand their creative and cultural boundaries.

Activities are not measured or competitive so individuals and groups have a stress free opportunity to experience the wonders awaiting them in the lower mainland. At Vancouver in Motion we will always strive to provide the best experience possible by nurturing the imagination of our members and creating a healthy balance of activities for the public to participate in.
